How the Private-Door Assistant
Operates
The Private-Door Assistant requires a
lever-style handle, which can be ordered through Private-Door or
purchased at your local home improvement store.

OPEN CYCLE
Step 1: Push the remote control
button to activate the Private-Door.
Step 2: The Door Release turns the
handle. The Private-Door Release automatically turns a
levered style handle, retracting the door latch and
permitting the door to open. Once the door has opened, the
Door Release will return the handle to its normal position.
Requires a
lever style handle.
The Door Release does not interfere with the manual
operation or locking of the door.

Powered by a safe
12-Volt plug-in transformer.
Private-Door does not require high
