The Summit Indoor
Stair Lift from Harmar is a great solution when walking up
and down your indoor stairs is no longer an option. With a
cable-operated system that uses steel aircraft cable rated
at 4,200 pounds breaking strength, you are guaranteed a
smooth and safe ride up your straight staircase. And quick
too at a speed of 20 feet per minute.
One
of the features of this unit that separates it from
its competitors is that the seat swivels a full 90
degrees at the top and the bottom of the lift, this
allows for safe entry and exit of the stair lift.
It
also has safety sensors on each side of the foot plate
which stops the lift if there are any obstructions on
the track.
Call/send stations both at the top and bottom of the
unit makes it convenient no matter where you need it.
Harmar’s SL350AC
Stairlift is designed with a pre-installed carriage on a
durable extruded aluminum track, ensuring robust
performance and easy installation. The backrest offers
three different settings, while the fold-up footrest can
be adjusted to two different heights, providing
exceptional custom comfort. The spacious, wide seat is
enhanced with thick padding and attractive upholstery for
a comfortable and stylish ride.
Rocker controls with
constant-pressure functionality ensure the lift stops
immediately if the control is released, enhancing safety.
The stairlift mounts to the stairs rather than the wall,
and can be installed on either side of the staircase. It
operates on standard 115V AC household current, and the
extruded aluminum track is available in custom lengths to
fit various stair configurations. For added convenience,
the seat and footrest fold up to save space, and there are
separate controls located at the top and bottom of the
stairs.
** NOTE
- the weight capacity is lowers to 250lbs when the track
length exceeds 16 feet as the length reduces the pull
strength of the spool.
*For installation you will need an outlet within 10ft of
the lift or a quality 15 Amp Extension cord.
